358 Anti-Climb Security Fence for a Forest Perimeter
Challenge
This project called for securing a long, winding perimeter running through dense forest, with heavy tree cover and undergrowth pressing in along much of the route. The site’s uneven, root-laced ground and remote wooded setting meant the fencing had to hold a clean, continuous line for nearly three kilometers while staying easy to access for installation and future upkeep.
Solution
We supplied a full 358 anti-climb mesh system engineered for high-security perimeters, paired with matching posts set on a poured concrete footing to keep the line straight and stable across the uneven forest terrain. The fence was topped with a combination of coiled blade wire and standard barbed wire for an added layer of deterrence, and finished in green PVC coating to blend naturally into the surrounding tree line.
Result
The finished perimeter now runs unbroken through the forest, following every curve of the site boundary from one end of the route to the other. The narrow-aperture 358 mesh and razor wire topping give the client a serious, climb-resistant barrier, while the coated finish keeps the fence practically camouflaged against the wooded backdrop.
