358 Anti-Climb Security Fence for a Steep Hillside Facility
Challenge
The site sits on a steep, forested mountainside where a stepped concrete retaining wall was still under construction. Any perimeter security fence had to follow the irregular, sloped ground profile while standing up to the site’s difficult access and unstable terrain, all without compromising the required anti-intrusion standard.
Solution
Shengsen supplied 358 anti-climb mesh panels paired with matching posts fabricated to anchor directly into the concrete retaining wall footings, allowing the fence line to step cleanly down the slope alongside the wall. The line was topped with barbed wire and razor wire for an added layer of deterrence, and installed panel by panel as each wall section was completed.
Result
The finished fence forms a continuous, high-security barrier that tracks the full length of the hillside retaining wall, giving the facility consistent anti-intrusion protection despite the challenging, uneven terrain.
