Challenge
The property required a long-run perimeter fence crossing varied and sensitive terrain — including a natural creek/wetland corridor and dense tree line — while bordering a newly developed residential estate. The client needed a fence that would hold a clean, continuous sightline over uneven ground, support an integrated LED lighting system along the line, and include a custom single-swing access gate, all while meeting the durability standards expected for a high-end residential property exposed to Pacific Northwest weather.
Solution
Shengsen supplied a complete 3D welded wire fence system in a durable matte black finish, engineered to hold a clean, continuous line across the property’s uneven terrain. Every post was custom-built with an integrated mounting point for the client’s LED lighting system — a tailored detail requested by the client and worked into the design without disrupting the standard bracket assembly or installation process. A matching single-swing access gate was included to complete the perimeter, finished to the same spec as the rest of the line.
Result
The finished fence line follows the natural contour of the creek and tree boundary with consistent panel alignment across uneven, rocky terrain — installed in coordination with the client’s landscaping and grading work. The matte black finish integrates cleanly against the natural backdrop while clearly defining the property line for the new estate development.
